FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Straight answers, including how our testing differs from your own chatbot.

We query the providers' public APIs with web search on. Those are the same engines, not the consumer apps. Your own chats can differ, because memory, custom instructions, and history all shape what you see. We test at the default settings on purpose: most people looking you up use the free or default tier, and that is the experience that shapes your reputation. A clean, consistent test also means changes over time come from your record, not from someone's chat history.

Not directly, but the same work tends to help classic search too: structured data, a clean sameAs graph, and fast, indexable pages. Improving how AI describes you usually helps the pages you ask us to cite. We follow the practices Google publishes.

We never invent facts. You supply and authorize every fact, and you approve every change before it goes live. Supporting posts are written from your verified record and checked before they publish. The record page itself is built by a fixed process; no AI writes it at publish time.

If you are subject to professional advertising or solicitation rules, you remain responsible for compliance. Tell us your constraints during onboarding and we will follow them, but we do not give compliance advice. See the Terms, §12.

We verify your identity before the first publish. For the beta, that is a confirmation email, and you can sign in with Google. We publish nothing you haven't authorized.

No, and no one honestly can. We don't control ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Google, or Bing. What we promise is the work: a verified record, real placements, the agreed tests, and honest reporting of the results.
