Grindrod Kershaw (1867 – November 26, 1942) was a Rochdale textile-machinery engineer who developed a section warping machine at Thomas Holt Ltd and joined the company's board in 1905. He was a director of the Lancashire Paper Tube Co. (1907), head of the mechanical engineering department at Rochdale Municipal Technical School, and a Member of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers from 1917.
